Rates for 1 bedrooms are based on double occupancy, rates for 2 bedrooms are based on 4 people. Additional adults are $10/night/room. Children 12 and under are free. Pets will additionally be $20/day.
Oasis By The Bay Policy Information:
- Check-in time is 3 pm.
- Check-out time is 11 am.
- Check-in after 11 pm must be arranged with the motel before arrival.
- Please note that the minimum check-in age is 21 and must be present during stay at motel.
- Early check-in and/or late check-out will be considered where a pre-booked vacation activity deems it necessary to participate.
- All cancellations must be made 72 hours before 6pm of the scheduled arrival date. A one-night room fee will be forfeited for no-shows or in the case of failure to cancel before the 72-hour deadline.
- There will be no cancellations on long weekends so payment will be procured for the full amount of the booking.
- Any vacation activities pre-booked with a room can be cancelled by participants except in cases where tickets have already been purchased e.g. music, boat cruises; however, Oasis will do their best to accommodate where possible.
- Room rates are subject to change without notice.
- Oasis by the Bay offers some rooms with accessibility. When you call to book let us know if you will require a room to accommodate this.
- Parking is situated close to the suites.
- DEPOSIT: 100 percent of the first night’s stay will be charged on the day of booking.
- LONG-WEEKEND DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $100 refundable damage deposit, cash or credit card is required upon arrival for all long weekends and holidays.
