Resort Information
- Check-in time is 3 pm.
- Check-out time is 11 am.
- Check-in after 11pm must be arranged with motel prior to arrival.
- Please note that the minimum check-in age is 21 and must be present during stay at motel.
- Early check-in and/or late check-out will be considered if requested.
- All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to 6pm of the scheduled arrival date. A one-night room fee will be forfeited for no shows or in the case of failure to cancel prior to the 72 hour deadline.
- There will be no cancellations on long weekends so payment will be procured for the full amount of the booking.
- Room rates are subject to change without notice.
- Oasis by the Bay offers some rooms with full wheelchair accessibility and lift systems. When you call to book let us know if you will require a room to accommodate this.
- Parking is situated close to the suites.
- DEPOSIT POLICY: 100 percent of the first night stay will be charged on the day of booking.
- LONG WEEKEND DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $100 refundable damage deposit, cash or credit card is required upon arrival for all long weekends and holidays.
