Accessible Features Available to Our Guests

Our staff are here to make your stay a unique and comfortable one. Below is a list of accessible features we offer in our one bedrooms as well as other accessible amenities available to our guests – just ask us upon reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Ceiling Lift Systems

    

 

A unique feature at Oasis by the Bay is ceiling lift system in all of our one-bedroom suites. The lift assists guests out of their wheelchair into a twin sized bed. Railings for the beds are also available. 2 of our one-bedroom units have tubs with lift system.

Accessible washrooms

Oasis by the Bay has 3 one-bedroom suites with walk-in showers and folding benches, and available wheel-in shower chairs. All washrooms in the one-bedrooms have wheel-up vanities. 2 of our one-bedroom suites have tubs with lift system.

 

Beach Wheelchair

Oasis by the Bay has two beach wheelchairs for those who would like to get to the waters edge and cannot do so in their own wheelchair. Umbrella and bag is attached for convenience. Sign-out for free use at the front office, based on availability, a refundable deposit will be required.

 

Accessible Grounds

Accessible ground floor apartment style accommodation is available in our one bedrooms. Parking is also accessible and located directly across from those units. Oasis by the Bay also has BBQ area and fire pit area which is all accessible.
